Terms and conditions

1. You are required to sign to acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions before training can commence.
2. Payment for lessons must be received at least 48 hours before the lesson start time, or before the first lesson start time in the case of block bookings. The lesson(s) cannot be confirmed until payment has been received.
3. We require at least 48 hours notice in the event of a lesson cancellation. If you give less notice than this then you may be charged in full for the lesson.
4. We reserve the right to change your lesson booking in the event that pupil with a test date requires lessons, as these must take priority.
5. We reserve the right to refuse use of the tuition vehicle for a test booking if we deem you not to be of test standard.
6. We cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown or sickness. In this event, we will always set a new time for the lesson at the earliest available date and time of your choice.
7. We cannot be held responsible for the DVSA cancelling or moving your test date. In that event that this happens on the day, having been collected by your instructor, you will only be charged a reduced rate in order to cover our costs.
8. You are required to declare any pending or current criminal or motoring convictions to us, along with any relevant medical conditions, in advance of your first lesson. Failure to do this may result in a cancellation of your booking(s) without refund.
9. A full refund is only available if you give us notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the booking or, in the case of block bookings, the first booking in the block.
10. Refunds requested against partially used blocks will be the original payment less the cost of the used hours charged at the full hourly pay-as-you-learn rate (as advertised on our website at that time of the request.) If you have passed your practical test with unused hours remaining of a block you will be refunded pro rata.
11. The B.O.G.O.F. and Kickstart offers are only available as introductory offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. Gift cards are non-refundable unless after taking your test with us, and passing, you have a balance left in which case the remaining balance will be refunded pro rata.
13. Gift cards issued as prizes are non-refundable.
14. Gift cards must be redeemed within 6 months of the issue date.
15. Pay-as-you-learn and pre-paid customers may not take more than 6 hours of tuition in any 7 day period.
16. Pay-as-you-learn customers may only book lessons 1 week ahead.
17. Special offer discounts are applied to lesson charges and may not be applied to gift card purchases.
18. You must inform us if you, or any member of your household, have been told to isolate or are showing symptoms such as persistent coughing and/or fever. We will cancel the lesson, and you must wait 14 days before having another lesson. You will not be charged for cancellation in this instance.
19. You are required to wear a face mask at all times during the lesson, though these can be provided for a small charge if you require. We will clean the car between lessons but you are required to ensure that you are happy with the shared surfaces of the car before starting your drive.
